We relied on Barney Miller and his team to equip our new home with high quality video/audio equipment throughout our entire house. Additionally, they installed a terrific home internet solution and automated window shades for our new home. We had such a great experience working with Tim, our sales contact, as well as the highly skilled technicians who did the installation. Barney himself followed up with a visit to our house to confirm everything and our satisfaction. We highly recommend the Barney Miller experience to anyone looking to add new technology and convenience to their home.

Tim was awesome to work with, communication was clear, effective and concise. Had a detailed plan at the time of initial visit and all was addressed at the time of installation. Tim was also kind to check after the install to make sure the things worked as we had hoped for. Thanks Tim!!!!

I could not be more pleased with the recent improvements made to my home audio system by Barney Miller's. A million thanks to the awesome personal service provided by Nick and Chris on this job. I never realized things could sound this good. Whether it's CDs or TV, it is truly amazing. And buying local is such a treat. I've had decent stereo gear all my life, but it's been several decades since I've had the pleasure walking into a store and finding this level of service and professionalism. You guys are a class act. Thanks again!

Tim Pearse at Barney Miller's is your high-fidelity destination in Lexington. Tim and his team have gone above and beyond for me with multiple purchases for my two channel hi-fi setup. From floor standing speakers, a turntable, then a cartridge upgrade, Tim has worked with me every step of the way offering knowledge with no sales pressure. I can't recommend the staff at Barney Miller's enough and hope to line out my next purchase soon!

I have been a customer of Barney Miller's for years and there is one main reason for this. Consistent service after the sale. With a home full of electronic devices should the need arise, I receive the same technicians that installed the work to fix any issues. If it's a software upgrade it can be done remotely and I'm up and running without a service call visit. When one has this type of loyalty with a company you can expect this type of service. In summary, things break, don't always work or instructions are confusing to set-up a new device. You get what you pay for. Service after the sale ...service after the sale ... service after the sale, is one reason I've been a loyal customer with Barney Miller's for years.

I would like to reccomend Barney Miller's at every level of need. Tim, my sales person gave me exceptional service. He came to my home and we discussed everything I wanted. and afterwards he gave me his thoughts on locations and items I did not even think of. He was able to give me an estimate by Tuesday, following our Friday appointment. Within two weeks he had my items already in stock and installation was being performed. My girlfriend and friends stated they never saw me so happy. I work part time out of my home, allowing me to enjoy music throughout my home. I was and still amazed at how well it turned out. Please give Tim or Barney Miller's an opportunity to help you with your electronic needs. Vince

We have had all our entertainment systems throughout our house changed with Barney Miller's Company. Throughout the years they have provided us the BEST customer service!!! Absolutely perfect!! We originally had the Bluegrass Entertainment company put all our equipment in our house. Unfortunately, everything was installed by the Bluegrass Entertainment Company failed miserably!! Not only the Bluegrass Entertainment Company didn't fix it back, but also after paying all that money to the Bluegrass Entertainment Company, they provided us with the WORST customer service!!! I called the Barney Miller's Company. They fixed all the issues and improved our entertainment system to the highest standard and quality. I have been SO happy with Barney Miller's products and their outstanding customer service!!! As the old saying: "You pay for what you get." I would also like to say thank you to Chris in technical service for always being "Chris on the spot." There is no money can buy the BEST customer service!!! I absolutely recommend Barney Miller's Entertainment Company to everyone!!! Their products is the BEST in the market. Also, stay away from all these other companies like the Bluegrass Entertainment Company. They will give you cheaper price, but terrible customer service and complete failure of your system down the road.
